"Excellent After Sales Customer Care"
When I miss placed a part for my bread maker (my fault) I called the NZ customer service centre about a replacement part. The customer care, support and willingness to help me out was A+ and the part arrived at my door in less than a week. After sales customer care is Excellent and as a result they will be a go to option for anything I’m buying in the future. A+ company here

"Customer service is Excellent"
Precision brew stopped heating water after only 4 months. Called customer service which said to leave my number and they would call back. 7 days later no call. After paying $250+ for this coffee maker I certainly am disappointed in its performance and the total lack of customer service. Spend your money elsewhere!
