I bought this from breville.com and thankfully the whole process was quick and painless, which I appreciate because I have zero patience for complicated checkout stuff. The machine has more settings than I expected, but it’s still easy to figure out without digging through a manual forever. It works fast, feels sturdy, and cleaning it isn’t annoying. So far, I’m really happy with it.

My Breville fits really nice on my tiny counter and it doesnt crowd the toaster at all. I use it pretty much every day, and it's easy to slide back when I'm done with it. Super happy it doesnt take up a ton of space.

I got it connected to my phone quickly, which was a nice surprise. Being able to check and adjust the settings without having to stand right there is super convenient. The WiFi has stayed solid so far too, no random dropouts or anything weird. I mostly blame myself for not setting this up sooner.

I was expecting to have to replace a bunch of my old accessories, but I figured I’d try them first just in case. To my surprise, everything clicked on without any fuss. It was one of those small wins where you realize you don’t have to spend extra money after all. My old parts fit just fine, and I was back up and running in no time.

It showed up after a few days, which is basically how shipping goes with everything now, so I wasn’t bothered. The tray fit my machine just fine, and it’s definitely better than replacing the whole thing over one cracked piece. Happy with it overall

If we have people over, I do have to make a second batch, which is a little annoying, though not the end of the world. The serving size feels realistic and easy to deal with. I still kind of wish it were just a bit bigger, so I’m taking off one star.

I bought my Breville mostly because I liked how clean and simple it looked and it does look really nice in my kitchen. The metal finish feels solid not cheap at all. The only thing is it picks up fingerprints easily so I end up wiping it down more than I thought I would. Still design wise I’m happy with it.

Still, for the learning curve at the start, I’d kind of expect an apology or at least clearer guidance from them.

The instructions were clear enough that I had it running fast. I’m not saying that automatically means it’s perfect, but if I can get something set up without getting annoyed, that’s usually a good sign to me.

It works really well and I feel like it was worth what I paid for it. No complaints so far, so yeah.

So my toaster showed up faulty, which was annoying because… it’s a toaster. It has one job. I ended up returning it, and the refund took about a week to come through. Not exactly lightning fast, but to be fair, customer support was decent and helped me get it sorted without too much hassle.

Bottom line: I’d definitely buy from breville again. I’ve had my breville machine for a few years now, and it’s still holding up really well. I use it almost every day, and I haven’t had any major issues with it. It just feels solid and reliable, not like one of those appliances you worry will quit on you after a few months. It’s been easy to trust in my kitchen
